Java Fullstack Lead

We are seeking an experienced Java Full Stack Lead to design develop and lead enterprise-grade applications using Java Spring Boot Microservices and modern frontend technologies. The ideal candidate should have strong technical leadership skills hands-on coding expertise and experience managing development teams in Agile environments.

• Lead the design and development of scalable full stack applications.
• Architect and implement Microservices-based solutions.
• Develop robust backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
• Build responsive frontend applications using ReactJS or Angular.
• Guide and mentor development teams on best coding practices and architecture.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders product owners QA and DevOps teams.
• Conduct code reviews performance optimization and troubleshooting.
• Ensure application security scalability and high availability.
• Participate in sprint planning estimations and technical discussions.
• Drive CI/CD implementation and cloud adoption initiatives.

• Strong hands-on experience in Java 8/11/17
• Expertise in Spring Boot and Microservices
• Experience with ReactJS / Angular
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs
• Experience with Kafka/RabbitMQ
• Hands-on experience with Docker & Kubernetes
• Knowledge of SQL/Oracle/PostgreSQL/MySQL
• Experience with Git Maven Jenkins CI/CD Pipelines
• Exposure to AWS/Azure/GCP
• Strong knowledge of design patterns and system architecture
• Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills

• Experience in cloud-native application development
• Exposure to DevOps practices
• Knowledge of security and performance optimization

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science IT or related field
