Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Java Full Stack Lead to design develop and lead enterprise-grade applications using Java Spring Boot Microservices and modern frontend technologies. The ideal candidate should have strong technical leadership skills hands-on coding expertise and experience managing development teams in Agile environments.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and development of scalable full stack applications.
Architect and implement Microservices-based solutions.
Develop robust backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
Build responsive frontend applications using ReactJS or Angular.
Guide and mentor development teams on best coding practices and architecture.
Collaborate with business stakeholders product owners QA and DevOps teams.
Conduct code reviews performance optimization and troubleshooting.
Ensure application security scalability and high availability.
Participate in sprint planning estimations and technical discussions.
Drive CI/CD implementation and cloud adoption initiatives.

Required Skills

Strong hands-on experience in Java 8/11/17
Expertise in Spring Boot and Microservices
Experience with ReactJS / Angular
Strong understanding of RESTful APIs
Experience with Kafka/RabbitMQ
Hands-on experience with Docker & Kubernetes
Knowledge of SQL/Oracle/PostgreSQL/MySQL
Experience with Git Maven Jenkins CI/CD Pipelines
Exposure to AWS/Azure/GCP
Strong knowledge of design patterns and system architecture
Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies
Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Skills

Experience in cloud-native application development
Exposure to DevOps practices
Knowledge of security and performance optimization

Educational Qualification

Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science IT or related field
