Graphic Designer (Brand Performance)
We need someone who makes ads that actually convert.
Not just pretty. Not just on-brand. Ads that stop the scroll communicate fast and drive results. If you live in Meta Ads Manager youll feel at home here.
This role is for someone with solid fundamentals attention to detail and the ability to deliver polished work consistently. You will work closely with the founders and be part of a growing design team.
What You Will Work On
Ø 50% Performance creatives (ads iterations campaigns)
Ø 30% Social media content
Ø 20% Brand and long-form design
What You Will Do
Ø Design high-quality creatives for ads social and brand communication
Ø Translate briefs into clear on-brand visuals
Ø Work closely with founder and the marketing team on creative direction
Ø Occasionally challenge briefs and suggest better visual approaches
Ø Deliver polished work with strong attention to detail
Ø Manage timelines and deliver without follow-ups
Must Have
Ø Proven experience designing for Meta ads you know the aspect ratios safe zones and what messaging lands
Ø Strong fundamentals in layout typography and visual hierarchy not just aesthetic taste
Ø Speed without sloppiness you can turn around polished work without being chased for it
Ø Comfort with feedback loops you take critique well and use it to get the work right
Ø 25 years in-house or at a startup / performance-focused agency
Tools
Ø Strong proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator
Ø Familiarity with AI tools
Good to Have
Basic motion design (After Effects / Premiere Pro)
Required Education:
Any science Graduate
