Job Summary

1. Inventory & Store Management

Receive incoming automobile parts tools and materials and verify against purchase orders.
Maintain proper storage labeling and binning of spare parts and components.
Monitor stock levels and update inventory records regularly.
Conduct periodic stock audits and cycle counts.
Ensure FIFO/LIFO practices as applicable.

2. Dispatch & Logistics

Plan and execute dispatch of automobile parts to dealers service centers or customers.
Prepare dispatch documents such as invoices delivery challans and packing lists.
Coordinate with transporters/courier services for timely deliveries.
Track shipments and ensure on-time dispatch and delivery.
