Job Title : Engineering Standards and Practice Lead

Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Engineering Standards & Practices lifecycle across global operations.
- Maintain and govern engineering standards portfolio registers review cycles and adoption tracking.
- Coordinate standards reviews change management governance approvals and publication readiness.
- Draft edit and update engineering standards procedures and technical practices.
- Manage governance board meetings decision packs action tracking and compliance documentation.
- Coordinate with engineering manufacturing process safety and operational teams for standards alignment.
- Ensure integration of industry standards regulatory requirements and technical updates into internal practices.
- Monitor standards adoption rollout activities training support and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain knowledge management systems standards libraries and technical documentation repositories.
- Support process safety operational risk management and engineering compliance initiatives.
- Track portfolio health review cadences gap registers and closure of open actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional and global stakeholders to ensure governance effectiveness and operational consistency.
Requisites
- Bachelors degree in Engineering or related technical field.
- Strong knowledge of engineering standards controlled documentation and governance processes.
- Familiarity with industry standards such as API ASME NFPA IEC ISO and OSHA.
- Experience in standards management technical documentation and change control processes.
- Strong understanding of process safety operational risk and engineering compliance practices.
- Ability to coordinate multi-stakeholder reviews and governance forums.
- Strong analytical organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication stakeholder management and presentation abilities.
- Experience with portfolio tracking reporting dashboards and standards lifecycle management.
- Ability to manage cross-functional and global teams in a collaborative environment.
