Drive sales of machinery loans for construction industrial agricultural and manufacturing equipment while achieving monthly and annual business targets.
Develop and manage strong relationships with dealers OEMs distributors brokers and channel partners to generate consistent business opportunities.
Lead train and monitor a team of sales officers/relationship executives to improve productivity and achieve sales goals.
Coordinate with credit operations legal and valuation teams for smooth loan processing documentation sanction and disbursement.
Ensure compliance with credit policies KYC norms and risk management practices while maintaining healthy portfolio quality.
Build long-term customer relationships by providing end-to-end support and cross-selling financial products such as insurance and working capital loans.
