What youll be doing:
Business Intelligence Analytics & Insight Delivery
You will develop maintain and enhance reporting dashboards and analytical solutions that provide clear actionable insights across TLCs operational client and product environments. You will analyse business campaign loyalty and customer engagement data to identify trends opportunities risks and areas for optimisation supporting KPI tracking commercial analysis forecasting and data-driven decision-making across the organisation.
Data Modelling Reporting & Analytics Enablement
You will work with data from Snowflake and connected operational systems to transform analyse and model data into trusted business-ready datasets and semantic layers that support scalable reporting and self-service analytics. You will help ensure data is accurate structured documented and optimised for insight generation across the business.
AI-Enabled Analytics Automation & Continuous Improvement
You will contribute to improving reporting processes dashboard usability automation and analytical workflows across TLCs modern data environment. You will support the adoption of AI-enabled analytics intelligent workflows and AI-assisted tooling to improve efficiency accessibility of insights and decision-making while helping evolve future predictive and advanced analytical capabilities.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Support
You will work closely with Product Technology Client Services Commercial and Leadership teams to understand business requirements translate them into analytical solutions and communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Data Quality Governance & Operational Analytics
You will help maintain high standards of data accuracy consistency governance and reporting best practices across TLCs analytics environment. You will support analysis across TLCs operational ecosystem including COSMOS Mixpanel campaign platforms and third-party systems helping deliver trusted insights into operational performance programme effectiveness and customer engagement.
What were looking for:
Proven experience in data analysis business intelligence or analytics roles
Strong SQL skills with experience querying transforming and analysing large datasets
Experience building dashboards and reports using tools such as Omni ThoughtSpot or similar BI platforms
Experience working with cloud data warehouses such as Snowflake BigQuery Redshift or similar
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and communicate actionable insights clearly
Understanding of data modelling concepts and working with curated business-ready datasets
Experience validating and troubleshooting data quality reporting logic and inconsistencies across datasets
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work effectively across technical and non-technical teams
A proactive mindset with a keen interest in modern analytics automation AI-enabled insight generation and developing data science skills including statistical analysis predictive modelling and machine learning
Preferred Experience
Experience working on dashboard development semantic modelling and self-service reporting
Experience working with Mixpanel or similar event analytics platforms
Familiarity with customer campaign loyalty or martech data ecosystems
Experience working with Snowflake and modern data stack environments
Experience using Python for analysis automation or data preparation tasks
