Job Summary
Customer Support Executive
Location: Infopark Kochi
Experience: 02 Years (Freshers with excellent English proficiency are welcome to apply)
Qualification: Bachelors Degree (Mandatory)
Salary: Up to 3.4 LPA
Shift: Rotational Shift
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries promptly and professionally through Email & Chat.
- Provide accurate and timely resolutions while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer interactions with empathy and maintain a positive customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update internal systems.
- Meet quality productivity and service standards while following company processes.
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills are mandatory.
- Strong customer service interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and willingness to work in rotational shifts.
