Job Overview:
As a Business Development Associate you will be responsible for driving business growth by
generating leads managing relationships and promoting our broad portfolio of technology
services in key international markets like the US Europe and the UK. Your role will involve
prospecting potential clients understanding their needs and positioning our services to
enhance their business operations across software development data and digital experiences.
Roles And Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Utilize platforms like LinkedIn ZoomInfo and Lusha to identify
prospect and qualify new B2B business opportunities in the US UK and other
international markets.
International Client Handling: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key
decision-makers in international markets particularly in the US and UK.
Promote Services: Present and position our wide range of services including Testing
Services Test Engineering Services UX Design DevOps Services Data Engineering
Big Data and ML Mobile Development Web Development Generative AI and Cloud
Development to prospective clients.
Tailored Solutions: Work closely with clients to understand their unique challenges and
requirements and propose customized solutions that address their needs.
Collaborative Approach: Collaborate with internal teams (Sales Marketing and
Technical Teams to ensure the successful implementation of services and delivery to
clients.
Market Research: Conduct in-depth market analysis in the US and UK to identify
trends competitor activity and areas for growth in each of the service domains we offer.
Sales Support: Assist in preparing sales presentations proposals and other
client-facing documents.
CRM Management: Maintain up-to-date records of client interactions opportunities and
progress in CRM systems.
Networking: Attend industry-specific events webinars and conferences in the US and
UK to build relationships and generate new leads.
Lead Nurturing: Support the lead nurturing process by maintaining continuous
communication and providing timely follow-ups to convert leads into long-term clients.
Required Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to learn tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator ZoomInfo and Lusha.
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
Strong organization and project management skills.
