Key Responsibilities:
- Drive branch business by achieving gold loan disbursement and revenue targets.
- Acquire new customers and maintain relationships with existing customers.
- Manage overall branch operations including loan processing disbursement renewals and closures.
- Ensure accurate gold appraisal and valuation as per company policies.
- Monitor portfolio quality collections overdue accounts and NPAs.
- Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines internal policies audit and KYC requirements.
- Lead train and monitor branch staff to improve productivity and service quality.
- Handle customer grievances and deliver excellent customer service.
- Maintain branch security vault management and operational controls.
