Key Responsibilities
Marketing Mix Modeling & Measurement
Build maintain and enhance MMM frameworks across digital offline retail and trade channels
Develop econometric models to quantify media effectiveness incrementality halo effects and ROI
Design approaches for granular optimization across geography channel SKU audience and funnel stage
Evaluate short-term vs long-term media impact saturation adstock carryover and diminishing returns
Support budget allocation and scenario planning using optimization techniques
Advanced Marketing Analytics
Build attribution propensity segmentation pricing and forecasting models
Develop KPI frameworks across brand performance commerce and retail execution ecosystems
Support analytics for launch planning product-market fit and customer lifecycle optimization
AI-Enabled Analytics & Automation
Leverage modern AI/LLM tools to accelerate insight generation code development QA documentation and storytelling
Build reusable analytics pipelines and modular modeling frameworks
Explore applications of GenAI agents for automated reporting scenario generation simulation and insight synthesis
Work with cloud and modern data stack tools to improve scalability and speed-to-insight
Stakeholder Management & Storytelling
Translate analytical outputs into clear business narratives and strategic recommendations
Collaborate cross-functionally with consulting media engineering and business stakeholders
Create impactful visualizations and executive-ready presentations
Required Qualifications
Bachelors / Masters degree in Statistics Economics Mathematics Engineering Computer Science Data Science or related quantitative field
2-5 years of experience in marketing analytics econometrics commercial analytics or applied data science
Hands-on experience building or supporting MMMs and marketing effectiveness studies
Strong understanding of statistical modeling and machine learning concepts
Understanding of media metrics marketing funnels and commercial KPIs
Programming & Tools
Strong proficiency in Python / R
SQL proficiency for large-scale data manipulation
Experience with libraries/frameworks such as: PyMC Stan statsmodels scikit-learn TensorFlow/PyTorch
Familiarity with cloud ecosystems such as AWS GCP or Azure
Experience using BI and visualization tools such as Power BI Tableau Looker or Streamlit
Modern AI & Workflow Tooling
Familiarity with LLM-assisted workflows AI copilots and modern analytics automation tools
Understanding of retrieval-augmented systems prompt engineering and AI-assisted coding workflows is a plus
Experience building scalable and reusable analytics workflows is preferred
