Role: Junior Developer (AI-Enabled)

Location-Chennai only

Experience-1-3 Years

Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated Software Engineer with a strong interest in programming and a foundational understanding of AI concepts. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about coding enjoys problem-solving and has a strong willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced technology environment. Good awareness and hands on using the AI assisted coding tools.

Key Responsibilities
Develop test and maintain code in any one or more programming languages such as Python C# Java or JavaScript.
Assist in troubleshooting debugging and resolving technical issues.
Work on enhancements bug fixes and small feature developments across applications.
Collaborate with senior developers and cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
Support automation initiatives including scripting and process improvements.
Participate in code reviews and follow best practices in software development.
Contribute to AI/ML-based initiatives including basic model usage data handling or API integrations.
Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies tools and frameworks.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Basic proficiency in at least one programming language (Python C# Java or JavaScript).
Understanding of core programming concepts (data structures algorithms OOP).
Familiarity with databases (SQL/NoSQL) is a plus.
Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts (e.g. APIs models automation use cases).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Self-driven with a strong willingness to learn and improve.

Preferred Qualifications
Exposure to AI tools automation platforms or scripting frameworks.
Knowledge of REST APIs and web technologies.
Experience with version control systems like Git.
Any academic or personal projects related to AI automation or software development.
