The manager will lead and manage CSR projects end-to-end from planning and stakeholder engagement to implementation monitoring and reporting. You will work closely with government bodies communities NGOs and internal teams to deliver high-impact programs across multiple thematic areas.
Drive field-level project execution including surveys mobilization training & awareness activities.
Build partnerships with govt officials community leaders NGOs & local institutions.
Develop and manage project plans budgets and resource allocation.
Monitor progress analyze data and prepare impact & compliance reports.
Ensure regulatory adherence and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
Roles and Responsibilities
1. Project Planning and Execution:
Lead end-to-end project implementation across assigned districts.
Prepare project plans field strategies budgets and timelines.
Oversee field activities such as awareness campaigns surveys mobilization and training.
2. Stakeholder Management:
Build strong relationships with government departments district authorities police schools NGOs and community groups.
Coordinate with local partners to ensure smooth execution.
3. Monitoring Evaluation and Reporting
Track project progress through data collection MIS updates and field assessments.
Prepare monthly/quarterly reports dashboards and impact summaries.
Ensure documentation accuracy and compliance with donor requirements.
Candidate Requirements
Experience and Education:
Graduate with 3-5 years of NGO/CSR/social sector experience in at least 3 verticals.
Leadership: Excellent people-management skills and the ability to lead diverse teams fostering high levels of initiative and ownership.
Communication: Effective communication and persuasion skills required to influence internal and external stakeholders.
