Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME.- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for application development.- Maintain and improve existing applications to enhance performance and user experience.- Document development processes configurations and application changes to ensure knowledge sharing and continuity.- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.- Experience with component-based architecture and modular development.- Strong understanding of front-end technologies including HTML CSS and JavaScript.- Familiarity with Salesforce platform features and integration capabilities.- Ability to troubleshoot and debug complex application issues efficiently.- Knowledge of version control systems and collaborative development workflows. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.- A 15 years full time education is required.
