Role: Application Developer Content & Courseware Design

We are looking for a creative and experienced Content & Courseware Design Professional with expertise in developing engaging learning solutions across multiple training formats.

Key Requirements:

Experience in Instructional Design and Learning Content Development

Strong understanding of various learning methodologies and adult learning principles

Hands-on experience in designing content for:

Instructor-Led Training (ILT)

E-Learning Programs

Web 2.0 Learning Solutions

Blended Learning Programs

Ability to create learner-centric and interactive training materials

Experience collaborating with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and stakeholders

Strong communication and content structuring skills

Responsibilities:

Design and develop high-quality learning content and courseware

Create engaging learning experiences across multiple delivery modes

Develop assessments learning activities and supporting materials

Ensure content aligns with business objectives and learning outcomes

Support content enhancement and continuous improvement initiatives

Ideal Candidate:

Strong instructional design background

Experience in digital learning and courseware development

Passion for creating impactful learning experiences

Ability to manage multiple learning projects simultaneously

Required Skills:

Key Responsibilities: Provide daily system support including handling user access requests and incidents. Troubleshoot application issues and coordinate with users and software vendors for resolution. Perform system administration activities and maintain application functionality. Assist with workflow and view configuration changes in ETQ Reliance. Create and execute test cases to validate system configurations. Support software validation and change control processes. Assist in preparing SOPs validation documents and related documentation

Required Education:

Bachelors degree in Computer Sciece Information Technology or related field
