Job Title: APIGEE Developer

Location: Chennai / Hyderabad

Experience Required: 8 10 Years

We are seeking an experienced APIGEE Developer with 8 10 years of IT experience and strong expertise in API management API gateway development and integration solutions using Google Apigee. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing developing securing and managing APIs while ensuring high performance scalability and reliability.

• Design develop and implement APIs using Apigee Edge/Apigee X.
• Create and manage API proxies policies products and developer portals.
• Implement API security mechanisms including OAuth 2.0 JWT API Keys and SSL/TLS.
• Integrate APIs with backend services microservices and cloud platforms.
• Monitor troubleshoot and optimize API performance.
• Collaborate with architects developers and business stakeholders to define API requirements.
• Ensure adherence to API governance security and best practices.
• Support deployment activities and production issue resolution.

• Strong hands-on experience with Google Apigee (Apigee Edge/Apigee X).
• Expertise in RESTful APIs JSON XML and Web Services.
• Experience with API security protocols such as OAuth 2.0 JWT and SAML.
• Knowledge of API lifecycle management and API governance.
• Experience with cloud platforms (GCP preferred).
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and DevOps practices.
• Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.

• Experience with microservices architecture.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes Docker and cloud-native development.
• Exposure to MuleSoft Kong or other API management platforms.
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
• Relevant Apigee certifications are preferred.
