We are seeking a talented Ab Initio Developer with strong expertise in ETL development data integration and data warehousing concepts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing developing and supporting scalable data processing solutions using Ab Initio tools.
- Design develop test and deploy ETL applications using Ab Initio.
- Build and maintain Ab Initio graphs plans and reusable components.
- Work on data extraction transformation and loading processes from multiple data sources.
- Perform data analysis data mapping and validation activities.
- Optimize ETL jobs for performance and scalability.
- Collaborate with business analysts database teams and stakeholders to understand requirements.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Ensure data quality integrity and compliance standards are maintained.
- Participate in code reviews and documentation activities.
- Strong hands-on experience in Ab Initio ETL Tool
- Experience with GDE (Graphical Development Environment) Co>Operating System EME
- Knowledge of ETL Data Warehousing and Data Integration concepts
- Strong SQL and database skills (Oracle SQL Server Teradata etc.)
- Experience in Unix/Linux shell scripting
- Knowledge of performance tuning and job optimization
- Understanding of file processing partitioning and parallelism concepts
- Familiarity with scheduling tools like Autosys/Control-M
- Experience with cloud platforms like Azure or AWS
- Knowledge of Hadoop/Spark ecosystem
- Exposure to Agile methodologies
- Banking or financial domain experience is a plus
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field
- Ab Initio certification
- Experience with metadata management and data governance tools
