Job Summary
Be the part of our SAP Security team to strengthen our IT processes as part of the SAP COMPETENCE CENTER!
In this role you should
- Maintain SAP Users in Central User Administration
- Create/ update/ transport SAP roles according to the global design.
- Ensure compliance of SAP support processes (Incident and change management)
- Monitor SAP support ticket statuses and escalate tickets if necessary
- Prepare reports to IT and Business Management on selected KPIs
- Check compliance quarterly in preparation for Audit
- Support management with ad-hoc reporting and ticket follow-up/ escalation
Qualifications :
Professional experience:
- At least one year experience in SAP security support
- At least 3 years or experience in IT support
- University or equivalent degree
Language:
- Fluent English in written and verbal is a must have
- Second foreign language is a plus
The ideal candidate has:
- Experience working with SAP Security tools and troubleshooting techniques
- Good understanding of ITIL processes (Incident management and change management)
- Willingness to follow/ enforce IT security processes
- Strong governance mindset and an enterprise-level approach
- Experience with SAP GRC or IAG or other SAP access management tool is a plus
