Head of Security Team NEW

• Coordinates the implementation of the business plan determined by higher management levels and the realization of the operative program within the organizational unit directing a team of independently working employees
• Taking responsibility for the team performance
• Financial planning for the given team

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree
• Fluent English knowledge (German is an advantage)
• People management/team coordination experience is advantage
• Experience in managed security application
• Willing to take over responsibility
• Strong in communication
• Able to work under pressure (e.g. during security incidents)
• Good methodical and analytical knowledge
• Entrepreneurial thinking and acting
