Your tasks:

Participate in improvement projects within the CSA Contract Execution area
Data validation using different systems and platforms
Report creation to support the teams daily work (Microsoft Excel usage)
Maintain the Service Contract models up-to-date in the relevant tool to ensure financial backlog reporting operational forecasting and risk portfolio management
Data collection for possible audits
Report creation with tableau / SQL - not necessarily but its an advantage

Your profile:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel Word Power Point Access) and MS Outlook
Written and verbal fluency in English
You are able to work 25-40 hours per week on a weekly basis
Excellent communication skills self-motivated and ability to handle multiple priorities
Ability to work independently work out and apply new ways of resolution
Self-starter capable of working with minimum supervision
Team player attitude
Deadline oriented strong attention to detail is a must
