Dot IT is looking for a REEL Creator / Content Creator who can produce authentic trend-based TikToks and Instagram Reels with basic editing skills and the ability to create content independently from concept to final video.
Create authentic trend-driven TikTok videos and Instagram Reels.
Stay updated with current trends and transform them into original engaging content.
Appear confidently on camera tell stories and add personality to the content.
Film edit and publish short-form videos with basic but clean editing.
Develop creative concepts hooks and scripts for short-form content.
Brainstorm and propose new content ideas regularly.
Create engaging storytelling formats (day-in-the-life behind-the-scenes challenges reactions etc.).
Repurpose content into multiple formats (Reels TikToks Stories).
Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with brand tone and objectives.
Ensure consistency in style messaging and overall content quality.

Strong camera presence and confidence in storytelling.
