AI Content & Copywriting Internship

To expand our brand and accelerate our reach were launching a remote internship for a motivated AI-Content & Copywriting Intern someone eager to learn how to create content that speaks to both Microsoft experts and companies hiring them.

This is not just about writing its about building content systems. Youll learn how to plan generate and scale content using AI tools collaborate with automation engineers and simulate processes that will power the content machine of a Microsoft-focused consulting brand.

Youll gain hands-on experience with some of the best tools on the market and be part of shaping M365Connects voice across:

• Blog articles
• Social media
• Lead magnets (whitepapers slide decks)
• Sales emails
• Website content
• Job postings
• AI-generated visual and video assets

And most importantly youll be challenged to navigate independently grow fast and own your learning path.

• Duration: 3-6 months (performance-based)
• Format: Self-paced internship (flexible hours fully remote)
• Onboarding: Youll get access to our tools resources and team for initial orientation
• After onboarding: Youll be expected to drive your own progress and propose new content ideas
• Support: Light supervision regular check-ins and access to mentors but initiative is key

• AI prompt engineering for text image and video content
• Real-world content workflows: from manual simulation to automation-ready processes
• Cross-functional collaboration with recruiters tech teams and designers

Strong fundamentals in writing research or tech/recruitment topics
Curious self-motivated learners who love experimenting with tools
Passion for Microsoft technologies HR or digital marketing
Comfortable working independently and building your own structure
Excellent written English
Bonus: Experience with Canva LinkedIn Notion WordPress or any AI tools
