Job Summary
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative French Account at Sutherlands location in Cairo. The role involves day-to-day tasks related to ensuring customer satisfaction managing customer accounts providing excellent customer service and effective communication
Qualifications :
- Customer Service Representatives and Customer Service skills
- Proficiency in French B2-C1
- Grads and Dropouts only
- Flexibility with European time zone.
- Flexibility with Rotational shifts
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
