About the Role

Our client is rewriting their back-office admin tools using Angular 21 and migrating from an on-premise infrastructure to Google Cloud Platform (GCP). The current team has limited Angular experience so this role combines hands-on full-stack development with active mentorship and skill development for the broader team.

Main Responsibilities

Hands-on Development (50%)

• Build and maintain back-office admin tools using Angular 21 .NET and C#
• Develop and maintain REST APIs and SQL database integrations
• Contribute to GCP migration efforts and cloud-based architecture
• Write clean quality-focused code with a strong engineering mindset
• Utilize AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot and Cursor

Mentorship & Team Development (50%)

• Coach and mentor team members on Angular best practices and modern front-end development
• Conduct code reviews and pair programming sessions
• Support knowledge transfer and skills development across the team
• Contribute to architecture and technical design discussions

Qualifications :

Requirements

• 90% English written and oral (B2 level minimum)
• 5 years of full-stack development experience
• Strong expertise in Angular (v14 preferred; Angular 21 experience a plus)
• Proficiency C# SQL databases and REST API development
• Demonstrated experience mentoring or coaching other developers
• Quality-focused mindset with strong attention to code standards

Nice to Have

• Experience with GCP or cloud migration projects
• Familiarity with GitHub Copilot or Cursor
• Experience working in agile/scrum environments
