Job Summary
Responsibilities
- Design develop and maintain scalable backend microservices and APIs
- Lead technical delivery across engineering workstreams ensuring code quality and best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver platform features end-to-end
- Mentor engineers and conduct code reviews
- Participate in architecture discussions and technical decision-making
- Support CI/CD pipelines deployment processes and production reliability
- Work within Agile/Scrum delivery frameworks
Qualifications :
Requirements
- 8 years of professional software engineering experience
- Strong proficiency in backend development ( TypeScript Python or Go)
- Experience with AWS cloud-native services (Lambda S3 SQS CDK DynamoDB Step Functions)
- Solid SQL and NoSQL database experience (MongoDB DynamoDB)
- Experience with microservices architecture and event-driven systems
- Strong understanding of CI/CD Git and Agile methodologies
- Excellent English communication skills
- Experience in Tech Lead or senior leadership capacity
Nice to Have
- Experience in media ad tech or data-heavy platforms
- Familiarity with Snowflake Kinesis or data pipeline tooling
- Experience with Kafka or streaming architectures
