Trade Support Analyst

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Processing of mutual fund trades files and follow up on rejected trades
• Handling of transaction corrections and preparation of LOIs when required
• Resolving trade related inquiries in a prompt courteous and professional manner
• Communicate and collaborate with internal teams to resolve trade related issues
• Other duties and ad hoc projects relevant to the position shall be assigned as required

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

• 1-2 years experience in the financial industry preferably experience with mutual funds
• Canadian Investment Funds Operations course (CIFOC) or CSC course considered an asset
• Proficiency with Excel and experience using Fundserv and CANNEX would be an asset
• Proven analytical and investigative skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service skills conflict resolution skills written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Self motivated but with desire to work as part of a highly cohesive team.

This role follows our inoffice work model and requires employees to be onsite four days per week to support collaboration and business needs.

This opportunity is for an existing vacancy with the company. The anticipated base salary range for this position is$42500 to $71000. Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience skills education and budget.
