What Youll Do:
- Build develop and lead a high-performing team

- 35 years of auto parts retail experience
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Proven ability to deliver results while building a positive team culture

- Able to manage multiple priorities at once
Annual Compensation: $60k - $75k Based on experience and store performance (base salary commissions)
