Job Summary
Role: Intermediate Administrator Project/CMT (TS)
Duration: Cigar Lake SK - flights out of Saskatoon SK
Work Schedule: 2 weeks on 2 weeks off 11 hrs per working day
Contract Duration: 6 months
- Provide general administrative support to the construction management team (CMT)
- Manage coordination of contractor mobilization and ongoing support including administration of pre-mobilization deliverables flights training request for information (RFIs) site instructions (SIs) and other construction documents between contractor and construction management team
- Administer document control processes with efficiency
Skills / Previous Experience
- Self starter able to learn and apply new concepts software and use of tools quickly and independently
- Solid interpersonal communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize work is critical &bull
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic fast-paced high-volume environment.
- Previous experience in construction engineering or project management work environments an asset
