Full-Time Schedule
- Days: 4 days per wee
- Weekends: Availability for alternating Saturdays is required
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay Rate: $30 - $35 per hour (negotiable based on experience and leadership background)

Requirements & Essential Skills
- Minimum 5years of experience: Prior lead dental administrative or office management experience required (no new graduates).
- An office management course or formal training is highly preferred.
- Technical & Clinical Literacy: Comfortable with modern dental software digital workflows and presenting comprehensive treatment plans.
- Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with providers and guide patients through care options.
- Core Qualities: Punctual highly organized multi-tasker with strong leadership initiative a positive disposition and a true team-player attitude.
