You are:A creative problem solver that is results and creative focused on achieving direct and poised in your communication style electing to use persuasion and motivation to make plans and reach YOULL DO:Most importantly you will lead by example live our values and drive new business for the company through new business opportunities and expanding sales in existing accounts and cross sell and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and objectives while leading the growth of the company and managing and maintaining a robust prospect impact the growth of the organization each year by continually growing the client for the client insurance program including all recommendations and ensuring gaps in coverage reviewed and as the clients advisor in risk and insurance while identifying and understanding emerging trends within client industries and insurance in alignment with Commercial Service Team Lead and internal service team members to provide an exceptional customer service active in your networks and your community attending industry and community events with a focus on business development.A key emphasis on building rapport and relationships and ensuring that strong long-term relationships are created by providing an industry leading level of support to clients in maintaining their insurance duties as WE REQUIRE:Evidence of business-to-business revenue generation consistent with an established insurance academic background consisting of post secondary education certificates industry programs etc. Evidence of lifelong learning and all appropriate provincial licenses.A network and center of influence of key decision breadth across insurance and depth within key industry business acumen along with a natural sales aptitude proven experience of strong consultative and proven strategic selling record of establishing short- and long-term product growth goals and then executing sales plans to achieve those goals.A well-defined sense of diplomacy and business with Microsoft Office Suite.
