Job Description: Finance & Accounting Manager

Position Type: Full-time
Role Overview
Manage overall financial operations cash flow tax compliance and financial reporting for EMPs wine and beverage distribution business.
Key Responsibilities
- Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly quarterly and annual financial statements (P&L Balance Sheet Cash Flow).
- Tax Compliance: Manage Cambodian monthly and annual tax filings (GDT compliance VAT TOI WHT).
- Inventory & Costing: Oversee COGS product margin analysis stock reconciliation and inventory controls.
- Cash Flow & Budgeting: Direct daily cash flow payables/receivables and annual budget planning.
- Team Leadership: Supervise finance staff and maintain accounting/ERP software systems.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or ACCA/CPA (pursuing or completed).
- 35 years of experience in accounting/finance (retail FMCG or F&B background preferred).
- Strong knowledge of Cambodian tax regulations and local accounting standards.
- Advanced MS Excel skills and experience with accounting software.
- Professional proficiency in Khmer and English.
