Finance & Accounting Supervisor

Position Type: Full-time

Supervise daily accounting operations assist with tax filings oversee inventory control and support accurate financial reporting for EMP.

• Accounting Operations: Review daily transactions accounts payable/receivable and ledger reconciliations.
• Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and variance analyses.
• Tax Compliance: Support monthly Cambodian tax declarations (GDT) and audit preparation.
• Inventory Control: Monitor inventory transactions cost allocation and stock counts.
• Team Supervision: Guide junior accountants and ensure proper internal control compliance.

• Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related field.
• 24 years of experience in accounting or finance (FMCG retail or beverage industry preferred).
• Solid understanding of Cambodian tax laws and standard accounting software.
• Good command of Khmer and English.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
