Spanish Customer Experience & Tech Support Advisor (Flexible Hours)

What Youll Do

• As a Customer Experience & Technical Support Advisor youll help Spanish-speaking customers get the most from their devices and smart technology.
• Your day-to-day will include:
• Providing support via phone and email in Spanish and English.
• Assisting customers with product setup and troubleshooting.
• Resolving connectivity and basic technical issues.
• Delivering an outstanding customer experience on every interaction.

Qualifications :

What Were Looking For

• Spanish proficiency at B2 level.
• English proficiency at B2 High (B2H) / C1 level.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Interest in technology and consumer electronics.
• Basic knowledge of Wi-Fi mobile devices or connectivity is an advantage.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Availability to work from our office in Sofia.
• Schedule: Monday to Sunday between 10:00 and 19:00.
