We are seeking German-Speaking Customer Support Advisors to join an expanding premier team in Sofia Bulgaria. In this role you will act as the primary point of contact for customers of a prestigious Swiss telecommunications provider delivering outstanding service and administrative support via inbound channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality customer support by handling inbound calls.
- Analyze troubleshoot and resolve administrative and technical customer inquiries regarding products accounts and billing.
- Perform updates and maintain accurate data records within the companys internal systems.
- Escalate complex issues or specific calls to other specialized departments when necessary.
- Identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities to maximize customer satisfaction and project value.
Requirements
- Languages: Native or proficient level of German (C1/C2) with good communication skills.

Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities empathy and a strong customer-oriented mindset.

Work Model Flexibility: Ability to work from our modern office during the initial phase with a transition to a hybrid model later on.
Work Schedule & Location
- Location: Modern state-of-the-art office facilities located in Mega Park Sofia.
- Schedule: Rotational shifts operating Monday to Sunday between 09:00 and 22:00.

Flexibility: Options for 8-hour 6-hour and 4-hour shifts are available.
- Hybrid Model: Fully office-based during the first months. After 4 months you can unlock a hybrid work option (3 days office / 2 days remote) based on your KPI performance.
