What Youll Do

• Partner with business teams to support operational improvements and growth initiatives defining measurable outcomes.
• Prepare both executive-level summaries and detailed analytical reports including clear written insights and visual storytelling.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership including options and trade-offs.
• Collaborate closely with Finance and executive stakeholders to support recurring business review and planning cycles.
• Contribute to additional analytics initiatives as business needs evolve.

What You Bring Must-Have Qualifications

• 45 years of experience using SQL for data extraction and transformation and Python for advanced analytics automation or modeling.
• Hands-on experience with forecasting and predictive modeling to support strategic decision-making.
• Experience working with modern data warehouses such as Snowflake Amazon Redshift or Google BigQuery.
• Strong understanding of data modeling concepts including star and snowflake schemas and normalized vs. denormalized designs.
• Advanced proficiency with BI and visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau including best practices for data storytelling.
• Proven ability to lead analytics projects end-to-endfrom business requirements through analysis insights and executive recommendations.
• Experience delivering measurable business impact through analytics reporting revenue operations or related roles.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex analyses into clear actionable insights for senior stakeholders.

Nice-to-Have

• Experience working with CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
• Familiarity with automated data pipelines or reporting automation.
• Experience supporting executive or board-level reporting.
