Subcontractor Performance Manager

• This role offers a broad scope with key responsibilities including:
• Lead the strategic and tactical engagement of subcontractors in line with contractual and organisational requirements.
• Undertake subcontractor onboarding processes ensuring compliance with safety quality financial and technical criteria.
• Develop and maintain subcontractor agreements scopes of work and capability matrices.
• Design implement and govern subcontractor performance frameworks KPIs and reporting; facilitate reviews and corrective actions.
• Maintain and analyse subcontractor capability and performance data to support forecasting capacity planning and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Experience managing subcontractor (or partner) capability engagement and performance within contract delivery environments.
• Experience in Building Construction or Maintenance for housing projects
• Working knowledge of WHS quality licencing legislative and commercial compliance including audits and document reviews.
• Commercial governance capability across agreements scopes of work due diligence and risk management.
• Strong data and analytics skills to identify trends forecast capacity and inform engagement decisions.
• Proven stakeholder management skills with the ability to build strong relationships and coach improvement opportunities.
