Partnership Manager
Job Summary
We are looking for a results-focused and relationship-driven Partnership Manager to join our Employment Services team.
In this role youll be responsible for establishing sustainable employment opportunities at volume for our clients.
Youll be joining a team that lives our values of Integrity Compassion Determination and Thriving Together guiding how we support clients our communities and each other.
In this role you will:
- Develop and manage relationships with national employers to generate job opportunities
- Coordinate the delivery of pre-employment programs in partnership with employers to support high volume recruitment outcomes.
- Facilitate successful interviews placements and onboarding of clients into employment opportunities
- Develop innovative workforce solutions that meet employer needs while creating meaningful career pathways for clients.
- Create diverse and inclusive employment opportunities.
- Act as a trusted partner for employers ensuring a seamless and coordinated experience across all stakeholder interactions
- Collaborate with internal teams to achieve sustainable employment outcomes and exceed performance targets.
Qualifications :
Were looking for someone who:
- Has experience managing employer relationships partnerships or key accounts
- Has a proven ability to build and maintain strategic relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Demonstrates strong communication influencing and negotiation skills
- Thrives in a target-driven environment and is motivated to exceed KPIs
- Is confident in building relationships and engaging stakeholders from diverse industries
- Has strong administrative and organisational skills with attention to detail
- Holds a current Australian Drivers Licence
