About the Role

Were recruiting a Learning Systems Coordinator to support the implementation and embedding of our Learning Management System (Workday Learning).

Based at our Melbourne Head Office in Southbank and reporting to the Training Compliance Manager you will play a hands-on role in supporting the rollout of Workday Learning including assisting with historical data uploads maintaining data integrity and supporting day-to-day system administration.

This position is suited to someone with a strong administrative background who enjoys working with systems and data following structured processes and contributing to the successful delivery of a large-scale system implementation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the upload and validation of historical training records into Workday Learning
  • Support data preparation activities including cleansing formatting and file management
  • Follow defined processes to verify data accuracy and escalate discrepancies
  • Provide first-level support to users on Workday Learning processes and navigation
  • Reinforce standard ways of working to support consistent system adoption
  • Assist in maintaining simple user guides and support materials
  • Run reports and provide visibility on training activity and record status
  • Support training coordination activities where required

About You

  • Experience in an administration coordination or support role
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and record keeping
  • Comfortable working across systems with LMS or HRIS experience preferred
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Able to follow structured processes and maintain consistency
  • Clear and professional communication skills
