We are looking for a dynamic Key Account Executive to join our Pet Specialty Retail (PSR) division. Reporting directly to the PSR Director you will be the backbone of our commercial operations across Australia and New Zealand (ANZ).

Our Key Account Managers (KAMs) are busy driving growth and managing major customer this role you will be their criticalsupportpartnermanagingfunctional communications and planningoperational expenditurecontrol rebatevalidationand invoicing. Bymaintainingstrongprocesscomplianceandfinancial discipline;you will play a direct role in keeping our customer activity moving smoothly while freeing up the team to focus on strategic execution

Whatyoulldo:

• Oversee theaccurateandtimelyprocessing of trade expenditurerebateclaims and ad hoc customer invoices.

• Conduct rigorous claim validation invoice coordination and stakeholder follow-ups tomaintainstrong financial discipline.

• Collaborate closely with Finance Customer Service and Customer Marketing teams to improve the visibility control and accuracy of trade spend processing across ANZ.

• Act as a proactive force multiplier for time-poor Key Account Managers managing administrative roadblocks so they can focus on account management and commercial growth.

• Extract manipulate and analyze data to deliver clear reports on trade spend and claims activities.

Your experience and passion:

• 2 years experience in sales administration finance administration trade spend processing accounts receivable or a commercial support/operations role.

• An understanding of rebate claims invoices deductions credits accruals trading terms and promotional funding processes (highly preferred).

• Strong attention to detail and confidence working with financial data customer documentation and compliance approval workflows.

• Intermediate to advanced Excel capability (reporting formulas data manipulation) alongside an interest or familiarity withleveragingmodern digital tools (including AI) to drive administrative efficiency.

• Superb organization and stakeholder management skills with the confidence to follow up on outstanding items and manage multiple priorities across ANZ.

• A Bachelor of Business Commerce Finance or a similar field is highly regarded but not essential
