Ventias Transport Infrastructure Solutions business is seeking an experiencedConstruction Manager to join the team.

The Construction Manager leads the delivery of planned maintenance and capital works activities ensuring projects are delivered safely efficiently and in line with agreed scope time and quality requirements. The role provides leadership across multiple construction work fronts operating alongside routine maintenance services.

You will manage project managers engineers and site leadership teams with a strong focus on safety leadership delivery certainty and stakeholder outcomes.

This is a permanent full-time position and will be based out of ourDandenong office.

Role responsibilities:

• Lead delivery of construction and planned maintenance works
• Manage project managers engineers and site leadership teams
• Ensure safety quality and environmental compliance
• Support planning estimating and commercial functions

About You

To be successful in your application you will have:

• Experience leading civil or road construction delivery teams
• Strong leadership in safetycritical environments
• Proven project and stakeholder management skills
• Engineering or construction management qualifications
• Supervisory experience in either Road Maintenance Operations or Construction field.
• White Card and drivers licence.
• Good understanding of Computerised Maintenance Management Systems
• Good working knowledge of MS Word MS Outlook and MS Excel.
