Startup Program Manager

What you will do

• Develop and implement strategies to attract and engage startups for the Investor and Startup Program at Tahaluf across Portfolio 1 (Technology).
• Understand startup needs by collecting data and managing relationships to enhance and tailor our program offerings effectively.
• Support in managing startup pitch competitions ensuring a fair process and encouraging innovative reformatting as needed.
• Facilitate matchmaking meetings mentorship sessions and develop networking opportunities to enhance relationship building among the startup ecosystem at Tahaluf events
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including investors mentors and industry experts.
• Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to promote program events and successes.
• Monitor and report on program progress and outcomes to senior management.
• Ensure the program aligns with evolving industry trends and innovations.

Qualifications :

What you will bring

• Minimum of 2 years experience within Investor relations 
• Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience
