Build and manage long-term professional relationships with partners and clients.

Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the companys services and present and explain them persuasively.

Manage the daily operations of accounts follow up on cases and escalate them until resolved.

Conduct regular visits to strategic partners and strengthen relationships.

Prepare reports and track account performance indicators (KPIs).

Requirements

Ability to manage multiple accounts and work under pressure.

Preferably previous experience in account management customer success or project management.
