ملخص الوظيفة
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 2nd/3rd line support across Incident Problem Change CMDB Asset and Request modules.
- Troubleshoot defects performance issues integrations and access controls.
- Configure and customize forms workflows approvals notifications and business rules.
- Develop automations and REST/SOAP integrations with enterprise systems.
- Support upgrades patches deployments and ensure upgrade-safe configurations.
- Maintain CMDB data quality reconciliation rules and discovery integrations.
- Document configurations and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Experience with BMC Helix/Remedy platform support and customization.
- Knowledge of ITIL v4 practices.
- Strong analytical troubleshooting and communication skills.
