Job Summary:

We are looking for a Sales Development Analyst who will be responsible for enhancing sales efficiency and effectiveness through datadriven insights. This role involves tracking key sales metrics optimizing conversion rates and supporting gotomarket strategies and expansion efforts. By collaborating with crossfunctional teams the analyst will help develop strategic proposals improve sales processes and drive business growth.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze sales data customer trends and market insights to improve business performance.
• Support GTM strategies and expansion initiatives to drive growth.
• Develop KPIs dashboards and reports to track progress and align with strategic goals.
• Provide datadriven recommendations to enhance sales efficiency and optimize decisionmaking.
• Lead business planning processes and strategic reporting to support company objectives.
• Conduct daily meetings with country stakeholders ensuring clear action plans and accountability.

Qualifications:

• 23 years of experience in business analytics preferably Ecommerce Sales & Revenues.
• GoTo Market & expansions experiences is highly preferred.
• Proficient in Excel is a must
• Proficient in data analytics tools (SQL Python & etc... is a plus.
• Excellent leadership skills.
• Excellent problemsolving skills & growth mindset.
