Job Summary

Oversee daytoday Operations to ensure Efficiency Quality and Compliance across all Departments.

Support the General Manager in Strategic Planning Organisational Performance and Operational Execution.

Lead supervise and develop Departmental teams to achieve operational targets.

Implement and monitor Operational Policies SOPs and Performance Standards.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and service delivery.

Coordinate crossfunctional activities to ensure seamless workflow and customer satisfaction.

Manage operational budgets resource allocation and costcontrol measures.

Ensure adherence to Regulatory Safety and Organisational Requirements.

Prepare Operational Reports Dashboards and Performance Updates for Executive Leadership.

Support Organisational Projects Change Management and Business Transformation Initiatives.

Requirements

A Bachelors Degree in Hospitality Management Business Administration Sports Management Operations Management or related field.

Minimum 710 years experience in Operations / Hospitality Management with at least 3 years in a Managerial role.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage confidently and professionally with a diverse Membership base.

Solid understanding of Budgeting Reporting Compliance and Performance Management.

Excellent communication analytical and problemsolving abilities.

Required Skills:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration Economics Statistics Finance or a related field. 25 years of relevant work experience in data analysis business analytics or a similar role. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions pivot tables VLOOKUP macros). Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI Tableau or Google Data Studio. Strong understanding of statistical concepts and data interpretation. Excellent analytical problem-solving and critical thinking skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear actionable insights. Familiarity with SQL for data querying and extraction is a plus. Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools processes and business challenges.
