Job Summary
- Drive performance reporting and analytics for card issuing and acquiring.
- Generate customer insights to improve card usage and top-of-wallet positioning.
- Identify opportunities for product enhancement and innovation.
- Support business cases for new products and initiatives.
- Monitor industry trends competitor activity and regulatory developments.
- Develop pricing and profitability models to support sustainable revenue growth.
- Strengthen relationships with Visa Mastercard and other industry partners.
- Support a seamless customer-centric payments experience across the Group.
- A bachelors degree in Finance Economics Statistics Mathematics Business Analytics or a related field.
- At least five years experience in Cards & Payments Product Management Banking or a related financial services role.
- Demonstrated experience in data analysis profitability modelling and performance management.
- Strong understanding of card issuing card acquiring payment schemes and interchange economics.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience working with large datasets.
- Experience with data visualisation tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
Required Skills:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Economics Statistics Finance or a related field. 25 years of relevant work experience in data analysis business analytics or a similar role. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions pivot tables VLOOKUP macros). Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI Tableau or Google Data Studio. Strong understanding of statistical concepts and data interpretation. Excellent analytical problem-solving and critical thinking skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear actionable insights. Familiarity with SQL for data querying and extraction is a plus. Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools processes and business challenges.
