Job Summary
The successful candidate will be expected to:
Turn financial and operating data into decisions.
Strengthen forecasting and cash discipline.
Challenge the business commercially.
Improve management information.
Provide the Group CEO and Boards with a clear view of performance risks and choices.
Support group consolidation financing and capital allocation.
Strengthen board accountability and finance transformation.
Requirements
Qualifications and Experience
Candidates must have:
A Finance or Accounting degree.
CA ACCA or CIMA qualification.
At least seven years of relevant experience.
Substantial senior finance responsibility.
Strong controls judgment and analytical capability.
Demonstrated experience in group consolidation financing capital allocation board accountability and finance transformation.
Experience in financial services capital markets or another regulated environment is advantageous.
Required Skills:
Qualification: MBA/PGDM from reputed B-school. Experience: 20 years in corporate sales institutional leasing or real estate investment. Requirements: Proven success in closing large deals and strong industry networks. Remuneration will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
