Job Summary
- Coordinate and track the lifecycle of bids and contracts from initial drafting to final signature.
- Maintain a centralized secure contract database and digital filing system to ensure data integrity.
- Monitor agreement milestones renewal windows expiration timelines and compliance deliverables.
- Act as the primary administrative point of contact for internal stakeholders regarding commercial terms.
- Conduct basic risk reviews on standard contract terms to flag inconsistencies or deviations.
- Maintain review and control the company Quality Management System (QMS) documentation and master records.
- Ensure all standard operating procedures (SOPs) manuals and policy documents are version-controlled and accurate.
- Plan schedule and assist in executing internal external and supplier quality compliance audits.
- Track non-conformances document Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) and monitor resolutions.
- Prepare quality performance metrics Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and reports for management.
- Assist in organizing and delivering QMS and standard regulatory training to onboarding personnel.
- Bachelors degree in Risk Management Quality Systems Environmental Health and Safety or related field
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 quality management systems (System Development and Implementation Internal Auditing Root Cause Analysis)
- Minimum of 1 years experience in a similar role
- Class 3 or 4 drivers license is a an added advantage

Required Skills:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Economics Statistics Finance or a related field. 25 years of relevant work experience in data analysis business analytics or a similar role. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions pivot tables VLOOKUP macros). Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI Tableau or Google Data Studio. Strong understanding of statistical concepts and data interpretation. Excellent analytical problem-solving and critical thinking skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear actionable insights. Familiarity with SQL for data querying and extraction is a plus. Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools processes and business challenges.
