Maintenance Engineer (Open for Fresher)

Receive and analyze information related to equipment malfunctions.

Carry out equipment repairs in accordance with established procedures.

Supervise repair contractors and ensure repair activities are properly executed.

Hand over repaired equipment to the Production Department.

Update and maintain records of equipment repair activities and related information.

Develop periodic equipment maintenance and servicing plans.

Perform maintenance activities according to the assigned schedule and plan.

Supervise outsourced maintenance contractors and conduct acceptance procedures for completed work and quantities.

Manage the quantity and availability of spare parts and replacement equipment.

Develop installation plans and install new electrical and measurement equipment.

Supervise contractors during equipment installation to ensure proper execution.

Support the development of technical training materials documents and work instructions.

Prepare work progress and equipment incident reports for the Department Manager.

Perform other tasks and responsibilities as assigned.
