Zephyr Automation Quality Analyst

Lighthouse Technology Services is partnering with our client to fill their QA Automation (Zephyr) position! This is a 12-18 month contract-to-hire and will be hybrid in Wilmington DE.

This role will be a W2 employee of Lighthouse Technology Services. No C2C or subcontracting arrangements will be considered.

What Youll Be Doing:

• Establish and maintain QA coverage across three critical applications within the Structured Finance team
• Document comprehensive test cases and scenarios in Zephyr to ensure full traceability
• Build and expand automation coverage using Selenium with C# and Page Object Model framework
• Execute manual and automated functional regression end-to-end and API testing across the application suite
• Collaborate with QA organization supporting 12 agile teams and 73 applications
• Provide critical release sign-off before production deployments
• Design test strategies plans and documentation aligned with SDLC/STLC best practices
• Integrate automated test suites with Zephyr and JIRA for seamless test management
• Partner with development teams to identify automation opportunities and improve test efficiency
• Execute comprehensive testing approach balancing manual test execution with strategic automation

What Youll Need to Have:

• 
  
• 10 years of QA experience with deep knowledge of SDLC/STLC and QA processes
• Strong manual test design skills and proven expertise in Zephyr test case documentation
• Hands-on Selenium automation experience using C# and Page Object Model design pattern
• Proficient in test management tools including Zephyr and JIRA with Selenium integration capabilities
• Solid understanding of test strategy planning execution and reporting across testing types
• Demonstrated ability to write and execute manual tests while identifying appropriate automation coverage
• Banking or financial services industry experience is a plus
• Strong communication skills with proactive approach adaptability and ability to multitask effectively

Pay Range: $60-65/hr
