Yard Checker 1st Shift

We are seeking a reliable Yard Checkerto perform daily yard checks and assist with guard shack operations.

Responsibilities:

• Inspect trailers and compare information to yard reports.
• Verify trailer numbers and determine if trailers are empty or loaded.
• Open trailer/container doors as needed (up to 50 lbs).
• Enter trailer information into computer systems.
• Assist with driver check-ins guard logs and WMS data entry.

Requirements:

• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Basic computer skills.
• Prior clerk dispatch guard shack or logistics experience required.
• Resume for consideration.
• Must have own vehicle to do yard check onsite.

Training safety vest gloves flashlight clipboard and paperwork are provided.
